Strategic security leader with operational experience across Central Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the United States, and the Caucasus. Specializes in building organizational security capacity from the ground up, helping institutions establish practical, resilient, and scalable security structures in complex environments. Former Army infantry officer in the NATO Response Force. Holds a BA from West Point and an MA from King’s College London.

Specializes in threat intelligence, Business Continuity Planning, and development of strategic logistical solutions for complex and dynamic settings. Former Special Forces and military intelligence officer. Holds a BA from West Point and an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
